Which details help resolve an order question?
Include the product URL, SKU, selected quantity, delivery state or territory and the exact cart or checkout message. Do not include passwords or complete payment credentials.
Is the displayed price for one pack or one carton?
The sale unit is stated on each product page. For the current carton listings, one carton contains 10 packs of 20 cigarettes; delivery charges, if any, are shown separately at checkout.
What are the delivery and return timeframes?
Delivery is available across Australia and normally takes 3–5 business days. Unopened, sealed cartons may be returned or exchanged within 14 days; see the full policy.
How are product specifications verified?
Use the supplied package, manufacturer material and regulator records where available. Each material specification should have a source and check date; report a broken or conflicting source through support.
