CigPilot Shipping and Returns Policy

This policy explains delivery and unopened-item returns for orders placed through CigPilot.
Australia-wide delivery
We deliver to all regions of Australia. Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days.
Any applicable delivery charge is shown separately at checkout. Orders remain subject to payment confirmation, stock availability and any required adult age or identity verification.
Unopened returns and exchanges
Unopened products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Products must remain sealed and in their original condition.
Contact support before sending an item back so the return can be matched to the correct order and return instructions can be provided.
