CigPilot provides order-support checklists and product-page navigation. Product names, images, descriptions and other catalogue details are general information only. They may change, contain errors or differ from the current information shown during an actual transaction. Check the live product page and contact support when confirmation is needed.
Orders and availability
Displaying an item does not guarantee stock, acceptance of an order, price, delivery eligibility or delivery timing. Any order remains subject to age and identity checks, applicable law, payment confirmation, stock availability and the policies presented during checkout.

Shipping, returns and refunds
We deliver to all regions of Australia, with an estimated delivery time of 3–5 business days. Unopened products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, provided they remain sealed and in their original condition. Contact support before returning an item. These terms do not exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Responsible use
Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, submit false information or use its content for unlawful activity. Tobacco products are addictive and are not risk-free. The site does not provide medical advice or make health or safety claims.
